Villa Description

Two stand alone buildings each with two levels built-in modern Bali contemporary style create a special four bedroomed home. Four Bedroom Suites – Overview

Omah Ku has four well-appointed air-conditioned bedrooms with wardrobes, desk sand each has its own en suite bathroom with shower and the master bedroom has an over-sized 40 cm Grohe rain shower plus a very stylish bathtub.

The Poolside Suites

The poolside suite is located in front of the swimming pool with a large 10 meter terrace running alongside the swimming pool. The bedroom consists of a 2 meter x 1.8 meter double bed, fitted wardrobe, large chest of drawers and Yamaha stereo system. There is also cable TV & a DVD player. The poolside room has its own en suite shower room, double wash basins.

First Floor

The first floor of the poolside wing is home to a spacious air-conditioned bedroom suite accessed from the garden side of the villa. This is fitted with twin beds, air-conditioning, drawers, large wardrobe, desk and TV with DVD player. There is also a large 6 meter x 2 meter terrace overlooking the swimming pool. The bathroom is spacious and airy with lots of natural light which radiates through the frosted privacy glass. Wash basin, toilet and grohe shower are standard.

The Main House

The other two bedroom suites are located in the main house. This is the newest part of the villa and is home to the kitchen, indoor dining and entertainment center. The back bedroom comes with 2 meter x 1.8 meter latex & memory foam mattress and soft fiber pillows. Standard are the hand carved teakwood wardrobe, desk and air-conditioning. An en-suite shower room with large washbasin set atop a vanity unit and grohe shower plus a toilet. The huge master suite has a room 2 x 2 meter Serta mattress guaranteeing you an amazingly deep and restful night’s sleep during your stay.

There is a lounge area in the pool end of this suite. A nice cosy place to relax. The bathroom of the master suite is large and comes with hand carved teakwood wardrobes, large vanity with lots of draw space for clothing. Double wash basins, marble tops and an exhilarating over-sized 40cm rain shower that drenches you from head to toe in seconds. In the wet area is also a beautiful designer bathtub with plenty of hot water available from through the solar water heating system. Many lighting options cater for various moods and the acoustics here are perfect for expressing hidden talents.

The Living Area

Has been built to very high international standards with state of the art facilities including a professional fitted kitchen, MP3 player with built-in speakers, Satellite TV. All bedrooms and living areas are connected via a PABX telephone system so it is easy to keep track of everyone. The large indoor dining and lounge area is also home to a professional Miele show kitchen where all food is prepared by the villa cook. The kitchen island has many drawers and small breakfast bar area. Adjacent to the island is the granite topped dining table, which has seating for eight to ten people.

The living area is also home to the lounge, with has a comfortable sofas and chairs wrapped around a large coffee table. The seating faces the wooden TV consul. There is cable TV with a good variety of channels in various languages and also a Blue-ray DVD player.

Attached to the lounge area is a small powder room with toilet and washbasin, accessed through a cory style doorway. All the folding doors here can be opened fully onto the garden and poolside allowing a good flow of air and opening the whole pavilion onto the garden, making Omah Ku ideal for both indoor and outdoor entertaining.

Pool & Garden

This is complimented by a long poolside pavilion opposite which is equipped with a bar and large fridge for cooling drinks or keeping food fresh. The Weber BBQ is on wheels and can be moved from the terrace to the garden area as required. Overhead fans ensure ventilation and comfortable seating make the poolside a great place to chill out.

The villa has a reasonably sized garden, a great place for the kids to run around within sight of slumbering adults. The 12 meter free form salt water swimming pool has a 3 meter x 1 meter shallow area for children, with steps. The pool varies in depth between 1 meter to 1.7 meter, so for children who cannot swim adult supervision and proper flotation devices are advised. The villa has been built to very high international standards, with some state of the art facilities including Harmon Kardon iPod/MP3 player with built-in speakers, Cable TV. All bedrooms and living areas are connected via the PABX telephone system so it is easy to keep track of everyone.

The large indoor dining and lounge pavilion is also home to a high spec show kitchen. The kitchen island has many drawers and sliding table shelves with integrated lighting, perfect for use as a drinks bar. Next to the island is the dining table, which has seating for eight people. On the other side of the island is a door that leads to the wet kitchen where all food is prepared by the villa cook.

Behind the lounge is the media room that has its own en suite bathroom (with shower). There is cable TV with a good variety of channels in various languages. If required this room can be converted into an extra bedroom and is a favorite for older children. There is a sofa mattress size 2m x 1.60 m in this room and lots of drawer space.

The Poolside Suites

The two poolside suites consist of spacious double beds with super comfortable Serta mattresses. The crown of the owners’ suite is a super-sized four poster bed with custom made 2.2 meter latex & memory foam mattress and oversized down pillows. The second suite has a 2 meter Serta mattress. Having experienced this firsthand you will soon discover, as I did, that you will be guaranteed an amazingly deep and restful night’s sleep during your stay. Every bedroom suite also has ceiling fans, plus Cable TV and DVD player.

Both suites have their own en suite semi open designer bathrooms, with indoor and outdoor courtyard showers, double wash basins, large vanity and large marble bathtubs, with plenty of hot water. There is also a small bale in the owners suite set amongst the garden and an ornamental fountain to add to the pleasure of bathing in this exclusive residence.

First Floor

The first floor is home to two more spacious air-conditioned bedroom suites and as with the poolside suites both have the same super comfortable Serta latex & memory foam mattresses. These are 2.2 meter and 2 meters wide respectively, the same as the poolside suites. Standard in Villa Kula are the large wardrobe space, desks, Cable TV, DVD, ceiling fan. The enclosed air-conditioned bathrooms have no bathtubs however they are very spacious and have double wash basins and good high showers.
